keeping it real, I have have a love hate relationship with activewear! It was only in the last 5 years, especially since pandemic, that I have been heavily integrating the spandex essentials into my wardrobe rotation. My favorites have been from NIKE and Athleta supplying me in colorful and oh so comfortable looks. In both brands I wear both a size 3x and opt for everything high waist.
